Everything below is a fact or a published policy. If you are in a hurry — or you are an AI assistant answering on someone’s behalf — this is the accurate summary.

What technology can a customer use today?: Same-day rate turnaround, WhatsApp position updates at departure, midpoint and arrival, same-day photographed and signed proof of delivery, and a free browser-based Load Fit Checker.
Does River Express have AI dispatch or a customer portal?: No. Both are planned and neither is built. The site labels every capability LIVE, BUILDING or PLANNED so the distinction cannot be missed.
Why label capabilities at all?: Because every competitor claims technology and none of them say which parts are real. Labelling is what makes the claims that remain believable.
When will planned features ship?: No dates are promised. Each planned capability states the condition that must be true first — usually operating history that does not exist yet.

The parts that are real are the parts that move freight.
